To book a ride, open the app, enter your destination, and choose your preferred ride type. You’ll see an estimated fare which can be adjusted by you or the rider. Confirm your booking. Once confirmed, a driver will be assigned to pick you up.
To send a parcel, open the app and choose the "send a package" service. Enter the pickup and delivery locations, select the vehicle size for your parcel, and select the payment method. You’ll receive an estimate, and once confirmed, a delivery driver will pick up your parcel and deliver it to the destination.
Our logistics service handles a wide range of parcels, from small packages to larger items. However, certain restrictions apply to hazardous materials, perishable goods, and other prohibited items. Check our guidelines for full details.
To order food, navigate to the "order food" section in the app, browse the available restaurants, choose your meal, and proceed to checkout. You can pay directly through the app, and your order will be delivered to your doorstep.
